NATIONAL VOLUNTEER WEEK APRIL 23-29, 2017
Volunteerism has been at the core of the Y since our founding in 1844, when a group of young men shared their time and effort to improve living conditions in their community. Today, nearly 600,000 volunteers across the U.S. are lending their diverse skills and gifts to help transform lives and communities through the Y.

SUMMER DAY CAMP OPENS FOR KIDS AND YOUTH
Day Camp, like many Y programs, is about learning skills, developing character and making friends. But few environments are as special as camps where kids become a community as they learn both how to be more independent and how to contribute to a group. At the West Broad Street Day Camp, campers engage in physical, social and educational activities. Our Y counselors are dedicated to making sure camp is an amazing experience for every camper.
The West Broad Street YMCA Summer Day Camp is now accepting registration for children 4-15 years old. The registration fee is $50. The YMCA is open Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM 8:00 PM. For more information on the program and registration packets call or visit the West Broad Street YMCA Front Desk.
DO MORE BE MORE WITH GYMNASTICS
The sport of gymnastics is a great way to develop body awareness and coordination, increase confidence and independence, and learn social skills and good sportsmanship. The West Broad Street YMCA Gymnastics Program is dedicated to producing successful gymnasts by providing a fun, safe, and motivating atmosphere that enhances physical and mental well-being. Class programs are based on skills as defined by USA Gymnastics.
Classes are for ages 3-6 years old and will be held every Friday. Sessions are starting April 28, 2017 and will last until May 19, 2017 for $45.
